Academic Affairs Office

The Academic Affairs Office takes in charge of tasks that can be divided into three parts: the first concerns about new students entrance, including preparing teaching plan in new semester, assisting the Financial Department in financial affairs and supporting the activities conducted by other offices to welcome new students; the second concerns about academic status management, including the establishment of new students’ registration database, the management of registration changes and a variety of certificates as well as the review and allocation of funds for financial aid and fellowship programs; the last refers to teaching and academic administration including the development of graduate courses, development and review of graduate programs, quality control of programs, audit and implementation of teaching schedules for graduate students, etc.
