General Office

The General Office oversees the administrative affairs of the graduate school and assists the deans to coordinate offices within the graduate school. Its responsibilities are as follows: the management of the certificates of the graduate students and those who accepted the non-curricula education; the management of documents, letters and seals; the management of fixed assets, office equipments, office space and funds of all offices; the organization and record of meeting; the conduct of activities for staff in the graduate school; other tasks assigned by the deans, etc.
